My experience rating has nothing to do with the vendor. Rather the experience is with the truck itself. The truck smelled extremely strong of cigarette smoke. Additionally I did not have confidence the truck would make it to Savannah GA and back to Dublin GA. I attempted to rent a truck in Savannah and check it in at the Dublin location. This was more expensive which I do not understand either.

The loading area of the vehicle was extremely dirty and had a strong unpleasant odor when I picked it up. I had to sweep it out before I could use it, and there was also a slick substance on the floor that created a potential safety hazard. Rental vehicles should be thoroughly cleaned and inspected between customers to ensure they are safe, sanitary, and ready for use. I was disappointed that the vehicle was not properly prepared prior to my rental.
