JAMES RSelf check website gave me issues, but the staff came outside, fixed the issue, and made sure everything was complete and correct.
Cecilia MI would not recommend U-Haul to anyone I will never use U-Haul ever again as they gave me a truck that was completely empty on gas and I put gas in and returned the truck exactly the way it was and U-Haul now wants to charge for 14gsllons of gas plus a 30$ fee even tho they gave me a truck that was completely empty DO NIT USE U-HAUL THEY ARE SCAM ARTUSTS SBD WILL RIO YOU OFF!!! They charged my account several times I re ten a 10’ fir 2 hours they charged me 200$
Joseph CWe selected this location as our drop off and U-Haul changed to 13.5 miles away, called U-Haul and after being transferred 5 times they changed it back to the original location we picked. Disappointed that they were adding miles onto trip and taking time away from our 24 hour rental.
