Checked in online. Apparently the rep had not closed out the previous rental, so he closed out my rental and had to reopen it. This resulted in confusing billing and a delay to my move.

LAURYN WNot a U-Haul operation. Smoke shoppe. Luckily non-U-Haul worker there could use his U-haul app w/ my resv# because my U-Haul app wouldn't allow me to complete the drop off and upload about 40-50 pics of body damage - large and small - taken at pick-up in mechanicsburg. Now I have to wait for a U-haul employee to see the truck and missing black "X"'s where damage is -- adding stress to the whole moving experience.
