Better records. Mileage and gas was not accurate. Yes I was told not leave lot without check app sent. I received 3 emails before I left. None was about fuel or mileage. Then when received it was timed out. They said I used $42 in fuel and drove 1500 miles.in a 3 and half hr time. They did adjust, but my invoice ,was not readable due to small font. And still not sure what I was charged. It appears some one is not doing their job as far input of accurate data. Or someones using trucks after hours.
