Overall the entire U-haul experience went well. The 15’ truck was more than adequate for the amount of furnishings we were moving. My only concern/comment relates to the Driver’s Side Door of the truck. It had sustained damaged from previous use and although it would shut completely, if pulled fairly hard, it clearly needs some realignment by the Body Shop. Other than that, all went well.

Jeffery WThe gentleman I dealt with during rental and return was great, polite and very helpful in answering my questions. I answered 'no' to the recommendation question only because I don't make recommendations to people in any case. That said, Uhaul needs to maintain it trucks way better than the one I received. I can't imagine that the rental agencies are responsible to maintain the equipment unless they are paid to do so. And if it is the rental agencies responsibility to maintain the equipment then Uhaul needs to monitor the situation much better. The truck I had was physically beat up and had numerous things wrong with it. It got my local job done okay but I would have been very nervous about that truck if I had to do anything major with it.

ANGEL MThis place is awesome. We needed a truck last minute because the other place we made a reservation didn't have the truck after a week of having the reservation. The parking lot is huge so there is plenty of room to back up or turn around. Super easy did the mobile pick up and to get the key was in a lock box outside. Then found the truck and off we went. Everything was clean and simple. Just one thing and not that it affected anything, just something I noticed, I think the Truck needed a Little Mechanical Work. Steering wheel wasn't straight and it felt like an unbalanced tire. Will be my only location if there is a future move.

Kandisi ABetter records. Mileage and gas was not accurate. Yes I was told not leave lot without check app sent. I received 3 emails before I left. None was about fuel or mileage. Then when received it was timed out. They said I used $42 in fuel and drove 1500 miles.in a 3 and half hr time. They did adjust, but my invoice ,was not readable due to small font. And still not sure what I was charged. It appears some one is not doing their job as far input of accurate data. Or someones using trucks after hours.
