The agent was poor with customer service. This whole process was a nightmare. My original reservation was horrible. I scheduled the pickup for 3:30am, only to he sent to a location 20 minutes away. When I got there, they told me I wasn’t allowed rental til 8am. Neither the online reservation nor the phone agent specified. This was a horrible experience.
