I don't see how my bill came to 318.64 when I only had the truck for one day, and I did not drive over the 50 mile limit.

Aseer KThere have been several discrepancies regarding U-Haul rental information. Specifically, a U-Haul representative at this location provided inaccurate details concerning rentals and failed to issue a printed receipt. Furthermore, a phone representative failed to mention altering the rental duration from two days to one day without prior notification. This series of events has resulted in a less than satisfactory experience with U-Haul. While I had considered utilizing U-Haul's services again after a previous incident, the recurrence of misinformation necessitates exploring alternative rental truck providers for future needs.
Zaquia MDrop off time was outside of the locations normal time of operation. A drop box was used and additional charges added with no explanation of why.
