Ma location initial était Pick up à Sherbrooke et 24 hrs avant pas de camion disponible et il a fallu que j'aille récupérer le camion à Dunham ( 1heure plus loin + gaz ) . Aucun respect de ma réservation que j'avais fait 17 jours en avance .
Pierre CWe were missing the dolly we requested with our rental, the app wouldn’t work well, and front of the car hadn’t been cleaned and there was still gum in the front seat from the previous person.
Madeline RAdd cameras, i park the truck with the moving dolly inside and they bill me because when they look inside the morning after the truck was empty. Would not recommend
Jean-Christophe BWe arrived to a treacherous parking lot as the icy lot had not been treated with salt nor sand. The truck could not make it up the slight incline to pick up the appliance dolly we had rented with the truck. We later discovered a dolly had been put in the truck the night before of which the representative was unaware. When we attempted to attach the fridge to the dolly we discovered the straps had been cut making it unusable. We had to return to the rental location to pick up a replacement. We rented the truck the day before a snow storm knowing how poorly the trucks handle on the roads. When returning the truck the following day, it could barely go up a slight incline as they do not come equipped with snow tires or even adequate tires for winter driving conditions.
