Business uhaul sent me too doesn't have a permit.,had to find another business, drove around 30 min to find one that would take it

UHaul main office rescheduled me to a different location that closed at 5:00 when I put my reservation in for 7:00 p.m.. I was told that location didn't have the trailer I needed. I told him I didn't need it for another week and a half. I just can't believe my reservation was moved at a time when I would not be in town. No improvements needed for the location I picked up from. They were great
Ezra SThis Pop Mart was awful! They rented the worst truck that had a transfmission leak to my daughter who ended up breaking down in the middle of no where. I would not recommend this place to rent from. I do want to say that U-haul was wonderful with their effort in getting this issued resolved and helping her the best and the quickest that they could. Nothing but good things to say about U-haul. Just please take this Pop Mart off your rental locations!
