It started with it took 45 minutes to get the online check-in and the people to locate the keys to the truck I was assigned. Then the truck was dirty inside the cab and nasty in the cargo area. Then when I returned it about 2 hours early and about 3 miles less(12 miles) then I estimated (16) I was still charge for fuel even after all that and the fuel hand to me look like it had not moved or barely moved. I will never use U-Haul again or recommend to my friends.

Un desastre U-haul estuve dos horas para poder alquilar un camión. No se podían conectar con la central de U-haul y nosotros tampoco con la aplicación online ni descargando la aplicación. No fue un problema de 421 Vapor & Tabaco, trataron de solucionarlo. Deberían tener un número de teléfono directo para que le puedan solucionar los problemas a los clientes en forma urgente cuando se cae la conexión en línea.
