My original pick up location did not show up. I had called 2 times to make sure I could get it on time.. First I was told it was ride share, then called and was told equipment not set up that way. Then I got switched to another location. Outside truck was smashed in, returning location couldn’t believe they let me drive it that way. Then I found a real crack pipe under the seat when I was making sure I had all my personal belongings. This is 2nd time I have had the pick up location not show up in that general area. I have rented many trucks from you and this was the worst experience. Pickup time was important to my day going smoothly, that did not happen

The ratchets for the wheel straps need attention on the car hauler I rented but other than that it was a good piece of equipment.
