ALEXANDER LI'm from Dunnville and called my hometown location 3 times in a week to arrange a rental, all times nobody answered nor could I leave a message, so I went to the next closest town 20 minutes away, they could not take my order and sent me to the second rental guy in Port Colborne who actually took the time to help us put our order in. So now due to the short time I had to put our order in, we were told we could pick the trailer up next day in Dunnville which would have been so very convenient for us and my business time line BUT we choose to drive over 45 minutes away from Dunnville to pick up our rental and dropped it off in Dunnville WHICH I HAS TO APY EXTRA TO DO THIS WHICH I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT CONSIDERING THE POOR BUSINESS FUNCTIONING OF YOUR DUNNVILLE UHAUL BRANCH!!!!!! SO Im thankful our pick up was a blessing through our not so good overall experience. Thank you
