Truck was covered in ice and snow last time I rented a trailer it was frozen to the ground had to make other arrangements then they tried charging me an extra 50 dollars I just want my money back after this horrible experience

Personal behind desk was absolutely THE rudest person I've ever met snd she should not be working there representing UHAUL. Should be fired.. yelled and screamed at me like I was her child.

Marjorie MThe employees cheerful and willing to help, however, they need training as they had to input our info multiple times and make a phone call to get it right. We were there almost an hour to book for the following day then and had to enter and give credit card info again the next day when we picked up the trailer.
