While there I was looking at my receipts from U-Haul and come to read that if I didn’t have the TAXES on my previous order of no more than $60 CAD paid within 7 days that it would be sent to collections, I am utterly disgusted with the threat to send something worth 60$ to collections on the FIRST communications to me about the matter.

No issues and the clerk was very patient in working through the checkout procedure. It is at a gas station and the clerk also had to deal with customers.
GORDON SSomeone there would be nice. A key drop box would be great. The truck was returned on Monday but there was no one there and no place to leave the key so went back on Tuasay and same thing. Ended up unlocking the truck and leaving the key under the mat. Not ideal.
Jodi MIt was difficult to pay because they only took cash so we had to pay using the debit machine of the store itself then he took cash out of the till. Seemed a little sketchy. His service was friendly though! We were also charged for the mileage despite being told that we wouldn’t be because the location was changed at the last minute by U-Haul due to truck unavailability (13$). We had to drive an additional 12km out of town and were charged for it.
JAYDEN DThe employee at this location was rude. We were told at the start that we would need 300 kms, the employee put it into the system and said we were good. When we conveyed this to the employee at drop off, he was rude and confrontational and said we only had 150 allotted. Nowhere on the paperwork I received from U-Haul noted this unfortunately. The location was dirty and unkept. Do not recommend whatsoever.
