First time I rented with you, I thought it was excellent! A great help!



Very Poor customer service on return, I got agreement with full tank in truck but when I started I realized it was not full but thought to talk to to representative on return. I filled up tank more what I got up but when person check he said it’s not full as written on agreement and asked us to get full or pay 4.5 per gallon here. I told him I got less than this but he didn’t agree and requested for proof. I had take truck to gas station to fuel it full tank. Never coming back here.

The truck had pennies all over the bed, I was informed by the drop off location that they should have been cleaned out and we would be charged $25.00, we then had to pick up about 50 pennies to avoid a pretty hefty charge

The customer service was bad I needed the for the truck for more then 4 hours I was never told that it would only be for 4 hours for the because I am moving so why would I rent a truck for 40hrs makes no sense. Unprofessional lady at the Uhaul store market. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER NOW I HAVE TO RENT ANOTHER TRUCK THIS WEEKEND TO FINISH MY MOVE????

When dropping off the Uhaul at this location I actually could not even tell from the front that this was even a certified Uhaul dealer. The signage is awful and I had to circle the block until I realized that was the location. Additionally, the parking lot behind their location is incredibly small and it is very difficult to maneuver a large truck into it. The service here was good... the gentleman working the counter was very accommodating even though I had arrived a little past close after my move. Unfortunately due to the fact that my pick up location did not appropriately provide the correct number of blankets, the individual at this location was forced to charge me for them... even though I repeatedly explained that I had not been given the correct number to begin with. He told me to call Uhaul customer service... which I did and this has still not been resolved.

Parking the trailer was incredibly difficult, staff was dismissive and not helpful at all. This location is not suited for UHaul as there is just not a lot of room. There is not adequate staff to help.

It was confusing as to where to park & I was left waiting at times because other store customers were being accomadated in between my transaction. But the employee was nice & I was grateful because the La Fiesta location where I was supposed to drop off sent me away so this drop off location was a last minute decision

Positives: Employee was pleasant and the trailer I reserved was there and ready to go. Negatives: There was only one employee in the store so she couldn't leave, which meant I had to go around to the back parking lot and inspect the trailer myself, hitch it up myself, and maneuver around the trucks parked haphazardly all over the lot to get out. Perhaps it's for the best, as she told me the last time she helped a customer hitch a trailer it fell off as soon as the customer drove away. The trailer was not clean when I picked it up, and I noticed after I had already loaded it that the hinge on the door was partially broken. The tires were not inflated properly - one was about 20 psi higher than the other. All of these issues should have been noticed before the trailer was rented. They obviously do not inspect equipment when it is returned to them, leaving the next customer to deal with any problems.

It seems it is a waste of time trying to explain how terrible this experience was. I will simply never rent a u-haul at this location again. And I sincerely hope you fire the young lady (She said her name was Rachel, but unsure if she was being truthful.) who cursed at me over the phone when we tried to inquire about charges. Worst customer service I have ever received. This location should be shut down. What a joke.

The vehicle was fine, but the process to pickup at this location was terrible. It took 40 minutes to get the truck, even though I had made a point to pre-checkin online the day before.If there had simply been a computer glitch, or something similar, well, okay, I understand...things happen. However, the clear problem at this location was that they had only one, single employee trying to run the register and Uhaul stuff at the store...that's it, just one. She was trying to move back and forth between Uhaul customers (all frustrated) and checking out store cutomers playing Keno, etc. Then, she even had to try and grab the blankets, handtruck, etc...she had no time to explain anything about the rental either. I would most likely try any other location next time, even though this one is very close to home.

They are not there to assist customers. We have to figure out how to get the auto transport from the truck. I was charged for the dolly that was returned and put in the store because I didn't want someone stealing it from the truck. I called the store, the following morning spoke a guy , he told me he was going refund me immediately that he made a mistake giving the credit to someone else. Nothing was done. I called the tow free number some day, the lady put me on hold probably to speak to someone at the store. She came back telling me that I will be refunded. This morning again I called the store a lady I spoke to said she was going to refund me immediately. She didn't do it. I called the tow free number again, I spoke to a lady who put me on hold and came back that she had refunded me. I should be expecting the credit on my account within 5 business days.
