Brought gas tank back 1/8 tank low and what charged $44.75 way over priced because it was on E and got over a quarter tank for $30 00. Also was charged for 800 miles in the beginning and didn't even go 700 miles, received NO Refund
Darlene FDuring the pickup process, I checked in and finished at the counter, when the employee there said "you're all set"... I was left with the task of installing the trailer on my own. I know how to do this, but the weight of these 12ft enclosed trailer is absurd. I hurt my back during the process of lifting the trailer onto my vehicle's hitch. I can only imagine someone that truly can't lift it and really get hurt. It's been 3 days since then, and I'm still with a hurting back. Also, no safety checks were performed by the staff, I did it personally.
