It was in a vap shop that had who knows what salong in there. Homeless man sleeping on a trailer. It was not a nice place customer service was ok but was unsure about how to rent it. The price was different from what was told over the phone from the hual company. When I went to reserve it the other location on 15 501 employees smelled of weed and acted clueless about different equipment to rent.

Latoya JThe woman at the location told us that it didn't matter what time we chose to bring the truck back we had it for 24 hours and when we brought it back at 2:00 p.m. which was several hours before 24 hours she attempted to charge us additional fees because she said that she told us to bring it back at 8:00 a.m. and that was not true
