I did not interact with anyone at the site. I did a self return. I rated it average as the parking lot was pretty tight to return a trailer.

The owner refused to help me take the hitch off my truck, I’m 72 years old so no way I by myself can get the hitch off. Had to pay a stranger $ 10 for helping me get the hitch off. Please don’t send me or anyone else to this place for drop off

Lorrain HIt was in a vap shop that had who knows what salong in there. Homeless man sleeping on a trailer. It was not a nice place customer service was ok but was unsure about how to rent it. The price was different from what was told over the phone from the hual company. When I went to reserve it the other location on 15 501 employees smelled of weed and acted clueless about different equipment to rent.
