The website was experiencing trouble when I picked up my vehicle. This was stressful and made it difficult to perform the check-in procedure correctly. The U-Haul representative I spoke to on the phone was incredibly patient and helpful during a stressful time. She deserves major kudos.
Sophia LWhen I made the reservation, I declined any type of protection plan. When picking up and dropping off, no one inspected the truck. One of the windshield wipers was broken, and on top of everything I now see they added a $15 protection plan. I would like for someone to look at my reservation and see if I ordered that. If I had to guess the location gets most of that fee and deceptively added it not thinking I would notice. I would like to get a refund for the $15.
Lee YI did not interact with anyone at the site. I did a self return. I rated it average as the parking lot was pretty tight to return a trailer.
William EThe owner refused to help me take the hitch off my truck, I’m 72 years old so no way I by myself can get the hitch off. Had to pay a stranger $ 10 for helping me get the hitch off. Please don’t send me or anyone else to this place for drop off
