Truck didn’t work. And UHaul will not refund the difference for having to get a different sized truck and dolly.

Very friendly Costumer service!
MATTIA BI drove about 45 miles, so I put 5 gallons of gas in the tank- figuring 10 miles per gallon, and I still got charged a fuel charge. The heat/AC doesn't work, the fan doesn't blow at all. The parking brake beeped even though it was disengaged. The employees were very nice, but everything else was disappointing.
