I made a small mistake when returning after hours in that i dropped the key in the box before I started the return process in the app. I appreciate that they didn't charge me for not doing that correctly.
GARTH SWill use again next time I need to rent a truck. Location is perfect, easy to pickup/drop off during off hours.
Pat CI requested a van and got a truck. Also I paid for a dolly and it was not in the truck
Rebekah DFound out that when we dropped off the trailer they had plans to rent to another customer. I told them that trailer has absolutely no right to be on the road. I have no idea if they listened to me or not.
