The location where we scheduled was closed the day we were picking up (we were told that when we scheduled), and the online check in process was straightforward. Parking spaces are limited and small, so make sure you are able to back up the truck in a small space. Check out was also simple, though the supposed owner of the vehicle took the keys from us instead of allowing us to return the keys to the lockbox we were told to put them in.
