We arrived at check in time only to find our key compartment empty…fortunately, there were other trucks so U-Haul customer service was able to help and assign a different truck (not the same size, but whatever). This took around 30-40 minutes to resolve so we lost some time on the rental. The gas tank was only 1/4 full. And when returning the truck and completing the check out, the owner came out rushing us for the key so he can prepare it for the next guest, even though we still had 45 minutes left.

Aianna OI wouldn’t recommend this location but it’s a third party partner. I would suggest they call U-Haul and let the company direct them on where to go.
BISHANE Mi got charged for fuel even though i fuel up to the line where i got it when i picked it up
Hugo AI was charged for gas even though I left more in it than what was in the tank when I got it, despite disputing the claim…they still charged me for it. No windshield washer fluid for the vehicle either upon pick up.
