We arrived at 10:30 a.m. Monday and the gate was closed. I was told they would be open during that hour. There was no specific location where to park and we had to park off of an adjacent side street.

I did not end up getting the truck from this location either. I originally rented from the Uhaul on Hwy 70 in Durham. Then was switched to this location, after waiting 45 after my pick up time I went to a third location at the recommendation of Corporate. When I arrived the elderly man did not know how to split my payment as promised. Corporate said it's possible and all the other uhaul places I had to deal with.
Jennifer WI tried to drop off at tobacco and live bait and the owner yelled at us and refused to let us drop off at his site even though that was what I was scheduled to do. This new location helped us out and was great.
