The truck did not include the dolly I reserved. The seat smell3: of sweat and odor. The handle was extremely sticky for some reason. The u haul app required me to go in front of food lion to check in because the store location is not updated on the app. The guy up front was nice but I got overcharged for gas. They overcharged me by over 20 dollars.

I had allergies so the location next to a vape & tobacco made me initially quite nervous They may look to getting an air diffuser for the location especially as temperatures incline for the summer

John THighly recommend this location for U-Haul pickup! Brodie rocks! What could have been a frustrating experience with the slow and glitchy U-Haul software was made much better by getting to meet him. Give this guy a raise!
