I called at 5:40 to see their hours but got no answer. We arrived at 5:58 pm and only two workers (for the construction company) were in the building. The door was locked but they came out and told us to pull around back. They helped us by unhitching the trailer and we were able to leave. After a long drive and quick off load, we were thrilled to be helped by a willing young woman.

MICHAEL MNext time have the clerk listen to the customer. I wanted the truck from Saturday morning at 8:30 a till Sunday afternoon 5pm. I explained it to him, and he acted like he understood. But this evening when I went and turned it in at a different location, they explained I was late. After this incident, I will verify clearly and review my contact more precisely.
