The self-service process was terrible, especially when returning. It kept rejecting the pictures I took. First one or 2, then when I had taken replacement pictures. it would reject a different one. This went on for a good 30 minutes or so, rejecting different pictures. My husband had to move the truck back to a spot where I could take a good picture. We had to open and close the rear door multiple times. Finally, I went into the gas station asking if I could just return it and the lady said that since we had done self-service when picking up, she couldn't help us. When I did Live Chat, that's when the rep said that it showed that we had already returned the truck and I could just turn in the key. What a waste of our time!!! Not going to use self-service again!
