We initially booked a pickup location close to our home that had good reviews, and we made the reservation well in advance. However, the day before pickup, U-Haul called to inform us that our equipment was not available at that location and that we would need to go to a different one. On the day of pickup, we called the new location to confirm their closing time, as we had a busy schedule and wanted to make sure we arrived on time. We were given a specific closing hour, but when we arrived before that time, there was no one there. We waited in the parking lot and tried calling multiple times without any answer. Eventually, I called from my husband’s phone, and someone finally picked up. Communication with the person managing the location was very difficult, which caused further delays. After losing a significant amount of time, we were eventually able to get the trailer. Unfortunately, the trailers were not easily accessible, and since no one was physically present to assist us, it was challenging to locate the equipment and properly connect it to our vehicle. Overall, the experience was frustrating and poorly organized.

The gas was empty in the truck.
Léliana LThe equipment was in good condition. The problem is I had to dig it out of the ice to be able to use it. It took me 30 minutes to smash the ice and the person in charge of the booking process didn't really know how to go about the process, it made everything even longer.The experience of leaving with the trailer was a pain, but once on the road, everything was great.
