Customer service was excelente, unfortunately the truck I was designated wasn’t to good Everything works, don’t get me wrong. It was just to noise. I drove a little more than 200 hundred mieles and the extreme noise of the truck made the trip so annoying and uncomfortable

you can pay me the $1,452.56 to repair the damage that was done to my rear bumper!!! this was caused by your employee not hooking up the trailer to my ball hitch correctly! The trailer came loose while stopping for a red light and RAMMED the rear bumper of my 2018 Chevy Silverado ! I haven't done 2 oil changes on this truck yet! Your employee had to come out to reset the emergency braking system on the trailer and try to hook it correctly to my truck! He said the guy that hooked it up had only been working there a couple of DAYS! He said he only tightened it on the ball 1/2 way !! It was lucky that the trailer stayed connected to my truck by one of the chains and no one got hurt!!!!
