This location was horrible the truck was not dug out of the snow or cleaned off and ready to rent at my pick up time. Then the guy made me go in the back to get the mob in g equipment out of a room that said employees ONLY. I would never rent at this location again mind you I already seen the bad reviews so I booked at another location. The other location didn’t have the truck I needed so this was the closest in distance. NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION

It was horrible because the cashier never explained to me that if I drop off the truck at a different they were gonna charge me 249 dollar fee if I would have know. That I would have driven the 7.4 miles to return it. So know I’m not happy
YASMIN SSTOP WITH ALL THE HIDDEN FEES. I made a reservation and you quoted me $49 after insurance and rental. I go to pick up the van and all of sudden I’m being charged $97 dollars. U-haul is starting to feel like a scam with how you aren’t up from when someone is reserving the truck how much it will truly cost. And since when did you charge per mile? Feels like you’re taking advantage of the monopoly you have in truck rentals. If you do have a competitor I will now search high and low to find them. Be upfront with your costs! Also stop forcing everything digital. My phone camera is broken and I could not do the driver license verify. This needs to be in big bold letters when reserving if it’s the only way to pick up the truck. Luckily I had someone else with me with a working phone camera, otherwise I would have wasted my time completely. It was an extremely frustrating experience.
