The overall customer service, making sure that the vehicle is clean. When somebody brings the vehicle back Check it in.Don't wait two days and then check in. If you don't understand what the customer is saying. Please ask, don't be rude and just flee them away. If someone is renting a uhaul for 1 day, don't automatically charge them for 2 days

I told the person turned the key into that the van was dirty inside and out and had a order that made me and my daughter sick to our stomach
CHRISTOPHER BInside wasn’t clean. Windows were left open inside was soaked from rain. Price was very confusing. Having a rental rate plus a rental charge is very misleading. Estimate was 47 dollars. I Had the truck from 3 hours, drove a total of 40 miles. I didn’t have any add ons and the price came out to 160 dollars.
Patrick FI did not do 30 miles. I came back early. They just took keys and thats it. Where is my refund for mileage.
Dawn CThis location was horrible the truck was not dug out of the snow or cleaned off and ready to rent at my pick up time. Then the guy made me go in the back to get the mob in g equipment out of a room that said employees ONLY. I would never rent at this location again mind you I already seen the bad reviews so I booked at another location. The other location didn’t have the truck I needed so this was the closest in distance. NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION
