Really surprise of the wear on this vehicle. Looks as it is used for personal use and rented as needed. The fuel light was on at pick up, prayed that I made it to gas station.

BERNARD LI have rented uhaul before and have never had this experience before. the amount of hoops that I had to jump through just to rent a van was absurd. Then to be told that we can go somewhere else was so unprofessional. It felt like we were being treated like criminals. We were rushed because your representative stated that he had to pick up his child from school. Which really wasn’t our problem. Then when we finally got the vehicle, there wasn’t any gas in the can. The van was on E and the guy left before we could mention it to him. We barely made it to a gas station.
