When I picked up the vehicle it was an easy straight forward process through the app. loved the ability to walk in submit my ID and grab the key and go. When I got to my business and opened the back the dolly was on the ground surrounded by all the packing pads and there was some pieces of furniture still on the ledge with packing pads around them. other than that the return was very simple as well with the app. I will definitely use U-Haul again in the future.
