When asked if I needed to refuel before bringing back was told no. Also told I would not be charged extra miles. This was very upsetting as I was charged $ 44.00 for fuel and I would have refueled if given the correct information. My credit card was charged for and additional $73.49 in unapproved fees. I feel I was taken advantage of being an older woman.
