Have more dollies on site. I reserved 2 but could only get 1. The sales associate could have been more professional as well. Another customer asked the measurements of some equipment and he said he wasn't sure and that there use to be a measuring tape "somewhere around" but they lost it. I asked the same associate about the amount I was paying for mileage and he wasn't sure about that either nor did he bother to find out.Jaime O.
I originally scheduled to pick up my rental through the contactless check in at 8:00. When I got the confirmation; they moved it to 9 (I understand). I shooed up a little before 9 and had to wait over an hour to get my keys as they only had one person working. Very disappointed.Elizabeth W.

The person who assisted me kept his mask below his mouth the whole time he was speaking. I had to stand further away. He didn't walk me to the vehicle. He just pointed in a direction and said "your vehicle is over there in the back". I had to try my key in several different tricks before I located the correct vehicle. He was totally lazy and unprofessional.Dennis H.
The 2-seats inside the van were not clean. Seats had lots of what appeared to be heavy lint/possible dog hair. I wanted to get another van but I was somewhat pressed for time, so I just covered the seat with some clean material frim my car. Tried to charge me $4700. On a $91. Trailer rental. I have the pictures to show the return with no damage. No phone call or try to make contact with me, 5 days later tries to charge my card for $4700. Not very happy.Joseph G.

I was physically assualted/threatened by a young man and verbally assualted and threatened by his mother, both of whom rent storage at this facility. It took place on 4/10/21 from 4:10 to 4:30 pm. Two employees appeared during the incident (after the young man threatened me with a closed fist and his mother threatened to have him hit me) and successfully convinced them to move away from me. My daughter witnessed the incident and an older man was also trying to restrain the lady and who I presume to be her son.Patrick O.

Didn't have all the equipment that I needed, and I had to argue to get alternative (a little). Vehicle had damage that had not been updated so just make sure that you check yourself thoroughly and point it out to employees before you move the vehicle. They put stickers where the damage is to show they know it happened before your rented it. DO NOT USE THE ONLINE SELF-SERVICE OPTION - IT DOES NOT SAVE YOU TIME - YOU STILL HAVE TO GO IN AND WAIT. The front was clean enough but smelled like cigarettes (no surprise - it's a u-haul but maybe corporate should do a cost to benefit study to see if it's worth it to get these guys febreze or something so it's more pleasant to be in the front). On the good side, vehicle ran well enough for a u-haul. It was clean in the back. The senior guy/manager was quick and efficient and offered good options. He needs better help to make this place run better. They offer alot but seems like not enough good employees to run as well as they could. I don't know about other locations, but this one is pretty busy any time I come. Needs more people and ones that know what they are doing. Despite the negatives, I'd recommend only because I still got what I needed in the end, despite waiting and a little haggling. This place needs better staffing though and up their game with having enough equipment to rent if they want to compete better and have people go out of their way to come to this one.Alexander M.
