I reserved a truck 5 days in advance. When I arrived for pickup the truck was in the lot but the keys were missing. The only solutions offered were a bigger truck or smaller truck. I reluctantly opted for the bigger truck. I had to pay more money for the bigger truck. It made for a more stressful day.

I did have in reserve a van unfortunately the issue when I got to the counter to check in the van was not available because of a lost key I was upgraded to a smaller truck but I was giving the courtesy of the pricing for the smaller van
PETER HAssociates barely speak any English. The truck was full of mud. The driver''s side door was smashed in. Both of the side mirrors would not stay in place. It leaked oil. The passenger side door would not shut completely. I would never rent from this place again.
