I was overcharged for my truck that I rented thought it was 19.95 with unlimited mileage. I didn’t go over my mileage when I turned it in. I filled it up with gas. I don’t understand why I was charged $58 for the use of the truck. What happened to the 19.95 with unlimited mileage
DEBORAH CI made my reservation with this location specifically because of its location to my house and they were great to work with. What I DID NOT like was U-Haul (corporate, regional, wherever…) changing my reservation location with no good reason unless they’re trying to push business to other locations.
