I made a reservation for a 15 foot truck weeks in advance but was informed the day before pickup that there were no 15 foot( or larger) trucks available at this location. My only option was to cancel or to drive over 30 minutes each way to pick up a 15 foot truck at a farther location. This made us have to change the time we were able to pick up the keys to the new apartment! This was unacceptable. What is the purpose of making an advanced reservation if the reservation is not honored??

KARLA TThey were no where to be found and not available so I had to wait a while to be helped and for assistant. I was late to a very important appointment as a result of the delay. The gas remaining in the truck was also not marked correctly. It showed it had more gas than it truly had.
