They were no where to be found and not available so I had to wait a while to be helped and for assistant. I was late to a very important appointment as a result of the delay. The gas remaining in the truck was also not marked correctly. It showed it had more gas than it truly had.

ERIC HI did find an unexpected lock on the back of the truck I rented. Luckily, they were able to take care of the problem for me without a complete inconvenience to me. They actually went out of their way to take care of the problem for me, which I totally appreciate. They came to my location to pick up the truck and remove the lock. I am grateful for that EXTRA service.
