Terrible experience only thing I'm happy about is we made it safe. The corporate office we have had to deal with was completely rude, made is go out of our way entirely. Their roadside assistance thankfully is a godsend only time we were taken care of quick and with kindness. The private businesses we had to go to to pick our equipment up was very kind. Professional to say the least. I returned my equipment with tons of red clay mud by drop off. Wass saturated with rain all day while I unload it all by myself it was a nightmare I rented. A bobcat to unload my safe and toolbox and dropped both of them but upon returning my equipment, I told the owner there I had no more energy to clean it up as it was a brand spanking new Ford 20 foot truck. He said no problem he would take it to the car wash and rinse it off. it probably took him three hours. He told me two hours so I gave him 50 bucks. Pleasure doing business with good people like this.

RICHARD WPrior renter, "proppet" the drink holder in place. When I went to take and inspect B4 taking it, the holder fell off in my hand,, man in gun vault / Uhaul store came out, took pics, and put "uhaul tape" on it, but couldn't do the repair. But I knew that. The 2 people running the buisness were Great people. None of this was their fault. I understand how it could happen. But this man in Edgmont SD has pictures prior to me taking the truck.
