The truck was a piece of crap. We were driving down the road and the rubber around the windshield came loose and was flying everywhere, slapping the mirror, the side of the truck, and windshield. We stopped and the sealer was still wet! The owner of the rental company had to know this! We were told NOTHING!! We rented this truck for a trip from MD to TN. The truck should not have left the town in this condition. Stay far away from this rental place!

gerardo rNeeding a auto transporter in the Hersey/Harrisburg area, none were to be had! Since my son lives in Havre de Grace a unit was found in Edgewood area so I secured that unit and had my son pick it up. Upon arrival in the Hersey area the right lighting circuit had stopped working on the trailer. Fortunately having rented numerous U-Haul trailers I was prepared and had an extra wiring harness in my tool kit and was able to continue my trip without interruption.
LUKAS RFemi was outstanding and extremely helpful. This was my first time renting and using a trailer, which was used to get relief supplies to hurricane victims in Western North Carolina. He was very patient and professional in answering my many questions and explaining the process and what to expect. For any of my rental needs in the future, I will definitely be using UHaul, and will be going to the Edgewood, MD location in particular (2809 Pulaski Hwy) so that I can work with Femi again. Thanks.
