I began my search for a car carrier trailer to rent at a U-Haul location in Elkton, MD. They didn't have the right trailer available at the time, but they did their own database research to find and reserve that trailer at a different convenient location in Edgewood, MD. That service was so appreciated. At the changed location, the customer service representative was also very helpful and efficient. The pickup process only took about ten minutes to get me the necessary contract, hooked up and gone.
LANIER DFemi is excellent to work with. There are closer locations to me but I will always travel to him due to how helpful and caring he is.
DAVID MMr. Femi at New Era Tag and Title (U-Haul) was very nice and detailed to service. He pulled the truck and auto transport up to make this convenient for me to drive out. He was easy to have a conversation and he conducted a thru of the truck and auto transport when I retuirned it.
