I had made reservations at another pick up location on University drive for two U-Haul trucks. The day before pickup I was contacted by location on Monte Cristo Rd and told that only one truck was available. After calling the university Dr location they were able to help get both trucks to the same location on Monte CRISTO. ONE of the trucks did not have a working AC and we drove it for 6 hours without AC. The guy at the drop off location appeared to be in a bad mood and was distracted.
