DEYANIRA V.Never using uhaul again. Reserved a car hauler in advanced. Planned my trip with plenty of time only to get to the 1st uhaul location and car hauler was out of order. Had to scramble looking for another location with a car hauler. Since uhaul delayed me, and all of my appointments, leaving time, and plans to avoid traffic and beat weather, trip turned to crap. Ended up delayed enough to catch rain most of the trip, caught all traffic in the busy cities. Missed appointments, which delayed my trip coming back in time. Turned in trailer an hour late, was charged for another complete day. Uhaul took no accountability in messing up my trip except to take advantage of charging for another day, for the delay they caused.
