I rented the van for 1 day and was charged for 2 days....I picked up the truck at 2:36 and brought it back at 2:30....they charged me for bringing the truck back at 3pm....otherwise everything was fine

Trailer needed to be emptied of cardboard before accepting. Trailer air pressures on front axle were 30PSI. Neede to be corrected to 65PSI

signage from the street and on the property was virtually non-existent. There really should be more signs pointing to where the drop off should take place. I drove in, asked somebody, they told me the back of the property, I drove in towing a trailer and then had to back all the way out again with the trailer to park. A few signs would have made a huge difference
