The front right tire had a cut in it near the rim. We picked up the truck in 40 F rain so we didn't notice it then. We were lucky the tire didn't blow out on our 220 mile trip. I pointed out the problem when I turned in the truck and the U-Haul staff that saw the tire were surprised it didn't blow out.

ABSOLUTELY I will recommend Arrowhead Self Storage U-Haul. I made the reservation (and paid for the service), to help Firstborn and Daughter-In- move into their first home. This location was maybe two miles south of them, thus far more convenient than if I brought a trailer up to them; their move was two blocks away from the duplex they'd been living in for years. Daughter-In-Law told me that her parents had previously used Arrowhead Self Storage, and that THEY had a great experience. And that's exactly what we experienced for ourselves: a GREAT experience. Immediate reservation, excellent customer service. I mean, I can't say enough great things about Arrowhead Self Storage. They had what we needed, even recommended some extra, and were knowledgeable and professional.
