Great customer service at 405 Tractor, assisting me with my rental
Teri LRe:reservation process (not the pickup location): After arriving to pick up a reserved trailer I found out I needed to go buy a four-line lights adapter at an auto parts store. It would have been nice to be made aware of that need before arriving at the pickup location.
DAVID RLower your rates. I could have rented a box truck from Home Depot at a fraction of the cost.
MARION MIt took them more than 24 hours to close out rental after drop off. I had to make several calls to then and uhaul aswell.
