After I was notified of pick-up location (not my chosen one) I called day before to confirm hours (open until 7:00PM). On day of pick-up I was called at 5:30PM and was asked how long I would be as owner wanted to leave and finish up contract.

Biniam GThis trailer should be tagged out of service on the spot. Hydraulic brakes not working at all and one of the strap to wrap around the front wheel had been cut off and it was too short to reach the ratchet. I had to deflate the tire to the rim to reach but it kept coming apart. I ended up using one of my own ratchet strap to secure the car ont the trailer. NOT iMPRESSED !
