Superior customer service. The gentleman at the front desk genuinely helpful. Politely explaining details related to the renting formalities and the truck itself. I would be glad to use this same location again.
Svetoslav MI had to wait 45 minutes to get the truck moved out from behind 4 cars in the for-sale lot and then had to brush off 4” of snow with no brush provided. The solo staff member was a nice guy and did the best he could do. I was called by the staff halfway through my 2 day rental asking me to return the truck because they gave me the wrong one. I was pressured to bring the truck back to them or have them come pick it up from me but since I was fully loaded I could not bring it back - this was odd and uncomfortable. Returning the truck after hours was not comfortable as it was in a back-alley outside the fenced compound with people sleeping in the back alley in a dangerous part of town. I would not use this location again.

Romuald DIt was a vap shop in a rough part of town. Hard to find since the Uhaul sign wasn't on the front of the vap shop. The staff were good - I think that they had been sampling some of the wares.
