I arrived at 10:20 to pickup the trailer but the location was closed. The agent finally arrived at 10:35 though the office was supposed to be open at 10:00am. Agent was pleasant & competant Agent let me choose the drop off location in Calgary, however when I arrived to drop the trailer the location wouldn't accept it and couldn't tell me where I was supposed to return to the unit to.

The location itself did not look clean or inviting but that was due to its specific location in Edmonton. Staff was very friendly and helpful .
