My confirmation showed the pickup location address. The owner said I was at the wrong address and said it was my fault that I didn't verify it. How can I verify an address to know that it's wrong? Then the truck didn't have a ramp so we didn't use it at all. I went to a different U-Haul and rented a truck with a ramp. The first guy ends up charging double the daily rate for a truck that we didn't even use. Do not go to this location!!

It is not called K mini mart anymore. It’s some auto detailing place. Uhaul sign is low in the window and is blocked by vehicles.
